Finished up last night. Already have some orders from family, friends and co workers, that's the reason for the small bottles my wife picked up. I wasn't giving up the mason jars. L2H, I have to give you props...that recipe of yours is $. As fast as I can give it away, my wife has been recouping costs for bottles and ingredients from some family and close friends. Its been a bit hit so far. I think the problem with most store bought hot sauce is its all about the heat, the flavor comes 2nd. Your recipe, after a good amount of smoke, is all about the flavor 1st. That's a blessing and a curse, the flavor pulls you in and then you realize....d*mn that sh*t is hot, I ate too much!!
Can you post a basic recipe? I have some habs that I need to use up. I also have some frozen strawberries from when we went strawberry picking this year. I'm thinking a strawberry habanero combination.
