Homemade hot sauce

L2H, I am about pepper suaced out at this point and need something to do with the last of my peppers. Would you change anything from the original recipe you listed above?

try roasting the peppers it adds another dimension to your flavor profile

That recipe is dead on L2H. I used a combo of green and mostly red peppers and got a nice dark red/almost brown colored sauce. Initially hot, it doesn't last too long.
