yeah im about due for some myself. id like to get a few keeper size grouper along with my snapper and grunts also

mmmm....fried mine up yesterday....good stuff! Forgot how good fried grunt fillets are!
Time to get back out there and restock the freezer....

My dad has found a recipe for fish chowder that is just perfect for using those packs off frozen grunts. It's some of the best chowder I've ever eaten. I'll get a recipe and post it some time.
