Just got done with all the pork grinding meat I had in the freezer. I am done with the grinder for a while now. I did ground pork, sweet Italian sausage, and hot/sweet Italian sausage. Not sure how many bags of each. I got it scattered over three freezers to flash freeze it. ill count it up later on when its frozen. Probably around 30 bags
Also deboned all the leftover chicken from yesterday and ran it thru the grinder for chicken salads/spread (advice from TED).
That was a pain in the royal ass. That dry chicken breast continually bogged the grinder down. Got enough for a big chicken salad and several bags to put in the freezer
