Took out a bunch of pork roasts that I had taking up space in the freezer. Soaked over night in a cooler with MOJO, crushed garlic, fresh squeezed grapefruit and orange juice. Put on a of Tony Cacheries and it hit the smoker at 7:30 AM
Took the meat to around 150ish, then wrapped in aluminum tray and foil to take it to 200
Ill pull it, then freeze in 1 lb packs with food saver so I can have a pulled pork sammich whenever I want

Tony Cacheries .....that's where it's at man! Looks great. We need to get together and drink a few while the smoker goes to work! Maybe I'll be able to get a few recipes out of you. :tequila
