Dried peppers

I threw these on dehydrator last night before I went to bed. They were ready when I got back in from work a while ago. Its amazing how long it takes peppers to dry out

These are Chile de Arbol peppers. One of the best peppers heat and flavor wise I have ever had.

Those look great. My last 2 remaining pepper plants have finally started to throw off a 2nd batch. I thought I was going to lose them with the heat.

Yeah the fall crop is usually a little better, imho. Ive let most of my peppers go with everything going on here I lost interest in them

The picture is deceiving, thats a pretty big dish. It was 4 trays full
