Anybody got a favorite method for cooking one? I have 2 in the freezer from my PA trip. One is a whopper. The other average. I'd like to cook it right so my wife will like it. She eats venison all the time, but I've never done a heart.
Look back several pages in recipes. There is a thread where I marinated one and fried it. I can't do the search from my phone

I will be cooking a heart in a few days and wouldn't mind posting a few pics of the cleaning, slicing and frying. If your in a hurry, do as Iluv2hunt suggested and look back in the recipes and cooking heart was pretty well covered. Treefarmer
