Those look fantastic Allen. I started grilling them with the sauce on till it was pretty much done and then giving it a toss right before serving. No matter how I cook them though, a real chunky blue cheese ( :rockon ) makes a world of difference. Good job bro!

For me..........The stronger the taste the better...especially with a real hot wing sauce...........

funny how some foods esp chicken lends itself to hot peppers. it makes your mouth/lips/fingers burn, sweat buckets,cry, nose run but you can't get back to em fast enough. I like the blue cheeze as a cool down AS NEEDED but believe it overpowers most of the chicken/sauce flavor. my wife and I can't agree on anything (opposites attract I guess), she likes mild, I like spicy, I like the citrusy mojo she don't (add a little honey to it and it works for her), gotta even buy 2 diff brands of T.P.
