I cook a lot, just don't think to take pics of it!
Tonight was simple - elk burgers! My dad had some of the elk my brother had killed, and gave it to me. It was vacuum packed as 6 big patties, and they were good! Some swiss cheese, sauteed onions, lettuce and tomato - only thing missing was some BACON! Didn't have any. 😥
Also made some home fries, and that was all we needed!
I might break out some deer burger and Italian sausage tomorrow and make a killer meatloaf. If I can find my camera I'll try to take pics.
