Remove 1/2 wild turkey breast from freezer and thaw

Slice into strips

season

dip in seasoned egg wash and italian bread crumbs(same way I do back strap)

fry

serve with celery, wing sauce, and bleu cheese

One of these days I'm going to show up at your place for dinner. You cook some of the best looking food.

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.
