Ok I was playing with the dehydrator and found this. We had some left over london broil so I sliced it and marinated it like jerky and dehydrated it for about 8 hours. I dont eat jerky and the wife and kid said it was all right. But what I did do is use it as dog treats. The coonhound loves it and it takes him a few seconds longer to eat than a store bought treat. Basically a good way to use left overs for the dog.

Yea mine is funny he doesnt get alot of people food and he is real picky when he does. The only way he will eat a pretzel is if you lick the salt off, and he does not like many store bought treats
