Ham batch/trial/experiment #2 in the oven. This time with a maple syrup/brown sugar glaze.......
Was in the brine since Monday. Should be ready to slice about 6PM

welcome to the forum
It was a boneless shoulder roast. If you watch Winn dixie, they will discount the crap out of stuff the day of or before it expires.

The second batch I did pork loins. They had them buy one get one free.
