ive been looking at doing this. be nice for ham to actually taste like ham.(sorry is this is a second post. phone shut of in the middle of posting last time)

Ham batch/trial/experiment #2 in the oven. This time with a maple syrup/brown sugar glaze.......
Was in the brine since Monday. Should be ready to slice about 6PM

I have a cure for that, but some might call it cruel and unusual. It would work though
