Turkey stand question

Oh, something funny...

Couple weeks ago I was out at my blind early in the morning.
My wife and son woke up a little after the sun rise and when they looked out the rear window they said there were couple hens and a big tom a little further away. They said the tom was by the tree which is about 20 yards from that window.

A question I have is, if my wife shot that tom from inside the camper would it be legal? Can you claim the camper was your blind? Again, just a question as my wife nor I have any desire to shoot a turkey from the camper.
