Bring it on! I will put my 870 3.5" up against the best of em. I remember one time when I first got mine I had a long beard streached out there 50+ yards . I had my dad with me and told me to wait when he started to leave and I told him don't worry the ole 870 will roll em. Long story short it did.

Thanks guys, I feel the same way about my my 870. I wouldn't trade it for anything. That is the farthest I have aired one out. Up until then my longest shot with it was mid 40's. Those 3.5" shells aren't a lot of fun to pattern but once I found one that shoots good out of my gun I won't change shells.
