Now that sounds like a project Im going to have to try. We had a guy at camp smoke a turkey and it was the best smoked bird I had ever tasted and Ive done quite a few myself. It was very hard to compliment this guy on his bird,cause he is kind of a jerk and hes a yankee to boot but it was very good.

KIND of a jerk????? That boy can smoke a turkey though. As per my last talk with Barry, he won't be back.
