Thanks Guys I worked my butt off for this guy. He missed opening morning on a 2 year old which at the time I was dreading but I knew there was lot's of birds on this state land where I was hunting and knew there was old birds there. Last day no time to waste I knew this bird was there but had maybe 10 birds behind us and this bird had not gobbled yet and gave him the option of going after the others which he said he would wait him out remembering he gobbled a lil later the day before than all the rest and this is the end result. He should tie the number 22nd all time typical Osceola record for modern firearm ever killed.

Yeah I'd say so easily 4 or over maybe 6 as I have no clue I have killed 3 year olds that had 1 3/8th and this is so much bigger. I have killed a lot of birds and seen a lot killed and this matches the biggest spurs I have personally ever seen. A buddy has killed over 400 birds and this ties his best set of spurs ever. Spurs like this even 1.5 inches and I say true size not one that is a 1/8th inch off just don't come along that often. I most likely will never kill a bird like this myself.
