The last get together we had was not only successful but alot of fun. Why don't we use the same outfitter?

I enjoyed that outing with trapper dan, was just looking for something a little more challenging and maybe a bit closer to home. And with hunting season on us, I suspect trapper dan is busy doing other types of hunts.

Yeah he is! We all had a great time up at their place in Williston back in late March, and I hope to do it again up there, maybe in the spring.

Right now I have a line on a couple of places near Wauchula/Zolfo Springs that do $100 meat hog hunts. Had good reviews from guys who've been to them, so just a matter of finding a time to do it, how many can hunt at a time, then seeing who can go.

Watch this thread for future details, "sign up" info, etc.

I have to agree with 813diablo, 3 of us tried hunting with Ron and saw nothing. I checked one of the feeders and it was empty and didn't look like it had any feed in it for some time. I did see a lone turkey, a fox, and a racoon but no hog or signs of hogs.
