Don't waste you money guys, I went there and lets just say its not what he makes it out to be. The "river" is nothing but a small gully with no moving water or sign of life. The area doesn't look like it has ever seen a hog!! There were stands up and feeders out but the food on the ground was never touched. It's not 200 acres, more like 5-7, one side of the property is so close to the neighbors house you can almost reach out and touch it, the other faces the road. We wasted $350 for nothing. It's the guy ex mma fighter with a mohawk and drives a silver firebird. Just FYI.
