thanks for the credit, but I picked up that recipe, a little here, a little there from others on this site. I'm a newbie to hoggin, only got one and that was pure luck and a good shot. and whatever the game or fish are I always tend to over estimate size and wt until it's taped and weighed accurately. I think it's sumthin all sportsman do it gets bigger with each telling.

I'd sure like to see it.
