I did manage to take 2 pictures with my son's phone. Sorry but the quality is not that good as the phone was in a zip lock bag due to rain.
Here is a picture of the hog after I got him dragged him out of the bushes. I didn't put him on the scale but I would guess he was about 110 lb. You can see the exit hole on the head. Entrance was on the other side behind the ear.
Here he is cooling off after I got him cleaned... ready to go home.
He was lean and didn't have much fat on him. He also had very little odor compared to other hogs I've taken. Most of the blood you see in the ice chest is from the neck where I removed a big blood clot from the hydrostatic shock. He'll sit in the ice chest for a day or two with water, ice and salt. I do that with all my hogs to remove any excessive blood and remove some of that gamey smell/taste.
I shot him with my Winchester Featherweight M70 in 6.5x55mm Swede. I loaded 140gr Hornady SST to 2,650 fps out of the Winchester 22" barrel. It's a moderate load but is accurate from the rifle.
