A bike's a good idea to help you get back further than most folks. There are a lot of other areas to hunt hogs where you don't need a quota.
I thought hogs were considered small game, as at homosassa is small game only but youre allowed to hunt hog during small game season, just no centrfires except shotguns. kinda confused me an animal able to go 300lbs as small game?
Some WMAs allow you hunt hogs during small game, some don't. It's dumb.
I didn't want to chime in on this because I'm getting close to 3,000 posts and it's embarrising. It's only been recently that wma's have let hunters kill hogs during small game season.They are considered a game animal on wma's and that is why they have seasons on them. Some have to many hogs so I guess that's why they want hunters to harvest more of them. I never heard of any small games season hog hunting until a few yerars ago. Nothing dumb or to be confused by,now they're even starting late season dog hunts which I think is a good thing,also helps sell more hunting licenses and wma stamps.
