It says total 6 rounds tubular magazine and I believe the magazine capacity limit in FL is 5.
But I hear lots of story about people using them for hog hunting. Maybe they're from different states...?

The magazine capacity on a semi auto is 5... That's a lever action, so it can hold 50 and be legal...

how accurate are they with an iron sight? is an iron sight on Marlin 336 already fixed sight and unadjustable?
