Me either. I don't use sauce on anything except bbq sauce on ribs and bleu cheese on chicken wings.
And I soak deer in ice and water as well. Makes a better product. I personally won't eat a fresh backstrap. It tenderizes once it has frozen

I get you jJim,A lot of my friends cut boars ad turn them loose. I personally just like dogging them. Love hearing a pack of hounds,or a good cur.
