Does anyone know where a good spot to hog hunt in this area? I live in Destin and I am trying to get a Florida Hog. Are there any outfitters or ranches in the area? If anyone has any info it would help me out. Thanks

If you want to hunt WMA's, the choctawhatchee is loaded with hogs. but they get smart really quick and go nocturnal. if you can use/have access to a boat and get to some of the lesser hunted areas, you should do well. like any WMA on a river, the few access points can get slammed quickly, you can walk for along time and find good spots...then you have to deal with dragging a large dead critter out. but it's a beautiful stretch of old growth florida woods.
Pay attention to the river levels too...right now it's really low, but high water can block access to many of the roads. this can be good if you can find dry spots among the flooded timber, the hogs and deer will stack up on them...
even though it's a relativly narrow wma, it's easy to get turned around and lost in there. be prepared....
