So I'm just getting into hunting and have spent the last 6 months fine tuning my shot with my new bow and want to go on my first hog hunt. I know I can go on a guided hunt for $200+ but I'm really not into most of what I've seen, I don't want to go sit by a feeder and pick out the hog I want. I'm more into staulking them down and chasing (without dogs) them until I get a shot, not matter how long it takes. My problem is that I don't know where to go or how to go about finding a spot to hunt. I've been doing a little asking around with no luck, any suggestions would be great.

I live in SW Pasco and I'm not apossed to going with a guide but not to a feeder, and no dogs.

Thank y'all

Contact forum member Kemster. He has private property with feeders, but avoids them on the hunts.
I think $200 is a very good fee based on the amount of knowledge you will gain

Chazz in hernando county is a great place to hog in fact a 12 yr old kid got one like 436lbs last year, i hunt it alot and there are lots of hogs and some nice deer in there, if you want to become a great hunter then hunt public land
