My buddy did some ribs after our trip here recently and they turned out pretty chewy. Whats the best way to prep hog ribs etc for cooking? Is it better to marinate first or something? Or is that part destined for sausage?
I got my processed portion back from Rick's meats. Man that breakfast sausage and Kielbasa was great. The kids love it too!

Here is what I used to prepare the sausage. If any of you guys can give rib suggestions that would be great. That was weird.
4 - 5 Polish Kielbasa
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
2 small cans diced green chilies
1) slightly poach / brown the sausage
2) put all ingredients into Crock Pot on low and come back 6-8 hours later
3) make some side dishes and ENJOY!
