Just picked my hog up from the butcher. Hot Italian and polish sausage,ribs,chops,and tender loins.

How much are they charging for sausage at your butcher?

Bulk is .69 per pound. The way you see it is $1.50 per # all the way up to $2.25 for smoked Polish sausage. Smoked hams exct. are .75 per pound. Slim jims are $2.00 per pound so on and so forth.

Nothing like a fat sow. We ground about 70# of sausage saterday. 😆
