Gator Hunt

We used to camp at Salt Springs and make that run to Lake George, day and night, and never saw a gator. This was back in like 1978 or 79, and gators were still "endangered" back then, I think. Tons of mullet and some big-azz mudfish, though!

You can get the biggest one out there to come right to the boat. All ya need is a little yappy dog and about 12' of 1/4" rope. Ya tie one end of the rope to the bow cleat and the other around the dog's neck, and then kick that sucker overboard. Poodle's are like caviar to them big ol dino gators.
