My goal is simple, try to kill my first deer, any legal deer. This will be my fifth season hunting and no deer yet. I think that between my spot in the Green Swamp (where my game camera is been taking pictures of good bucks and does) and the lease I got in this year I should be able to achieve it.

Time in the woods is all i expect hunting public land, but starting my third year i hope to get my first deer, and some more hogs.
I have 2 main trips planned this year.
Pennsylvania and Green Swamp West. My goal is to limit out on both excursions early on and then relax with my buddy Sailor Jerry.
Mine is simple. Any other year I would want to kill 'x' number of bucks or 'x' number of bucks with my bow or something. This year, I just want to hunt some and enjoy the outdoors without pushing myself to meet some goal. I would rather strengthen relationships with my friends and my daughter because they are more important to me now. I have storage containers full of antlers that literally mean nothing to me anymore as I sacrificed alot to obtain them that wasn't worth it in the end to me. It's more about the thrill of the hunt, peacefulness of the outdoors, and being around family and friends.
