Man i grew up in the area, and I didn't think that side of the street was deed restricted. On one side of the road it is posted but not on the other. oh well as I look at $2000.00 cash I have to give back. 👿

tell them that they would pay all the fees .. Its not your job to know if a place is deed restricted. They hired you to do a job.. Its their fault.. i guess next time you will write something about that in your signed contract.. You give contracts right? I do every time.

No this guy I have put 2 fences up for. He doesn't haggle me over the price and he pays cash. So I'll take it as a learning experience. I work in 4 counties and 4 cities (licensed) so it's hard to know all the rules. every place is different it's BS!!!!
