So I sell a big job yesterday and turn in the permit app. today. Then run one town north 35min's to record the documents. Take a cash deposit, feeling good! Well that ended quickly. Just got a call from the city saying the old azz home owners association wont allow 6 ft fences. This is in a part of town were most the homes are 30+ years old. Not gated,a lot of run down homes, and they are worried about fences. 😡 Now I have to return the deposit and eat all the time and gas I wasted. Damn I'm pissed!!!!!!! With the economy being bad you would think they would be a little less strict on this crap. But I guess not. No pay day for me 👿 👿 👿 I'm going to kill rabbits and hogs tomorrow! That always makes me feel better.
No wood or pvc allowed. Chain-link only or fence with at least 3" spacing between pickets. He wants privacy so that wont cut it. Just my luck lately. I didn't realize it was in the deed restricted area you'd never know by looking around! 🙄
Man i grew up in the area, and I didn't think that side of the street was deed restricted. On one side of the road it is posted but not on the other. oh well as I look at $2000.00 cash I have to give back. 👿
