Well the employer would not sign letter for seperation of employment, as figured, and now states that she was fired because she was afraid to close the gates. Well I'm a grown ass man and I would be afraid to close the gates full of wasps. Though she did do what she was supposed to employer says she cant do her job...its a frickin gate.
She did get her last check and the lady tried to snatch the document out of my wifes hand after stating she would not sign it. So now she has to try to explain to future employers why she was fired from a job in less than 2 months. This obviously does not look good. I do believe she should file a complaint with the Labor Board though nothing may ever come of it atleast it may tarnish them in some way. Damn rich people can do basically whatever they want..and I cant make a house payment.
