Well it is like this, the driver drove off. Cops do have a lead with a suspect but first they have to be found guilty and charged with a crime. If they have insurance I can file it on theirs and if they don't have any insurance, then they have to be found guilty by a judge. Then there would be a judacation filed on them where they would be able to pay like 40-50 dollars a month till it is paid off.
