Ok how many of Us have eaten still warm fresh as your skinning it venison.
Some just get grossed out so easily. I was just describing it to a co worker and he had to leave. What's so bad about it?
I have to admit its not my favorite kind of a rubbery Jell-O texture.

Although I like my red meat rare to medium rare...I prefer it to not be mooing or bleating at me

blahhh no thanks. I'll eat heart, tongue, whatever but at least cook it to rare.

Heart and tongue are normal foods doesn't every one eat those any ways.
