my house is for sale. realtor says I should price it $99k-$106k to sell. What!? I bought it brand new for $128K before the big spike. At it's peak it appraised for $250k. We listed it about 8 months ago for $179k....lowered a couple months later to $169k.....then $159k......then $149k. It's been shown twice that entire time. lol...we owe $205k!
Guess I'll keep commuting 100-200 miles per day to work for a while instead of relocating!
thats why I like the camper living very low costs
also you might notice some threads deleted and son on.. im trying to just get rid of alot of stuff to make it an easier transition.. So dont feel bad if a thread is no longer there. Nothing against anyone but im deleting some stuff to make room on the new server..
