Went to wall-mart today to see if they had any field tips for my arrows which they didn't. But they had a bunch of rifle ammo. They are rationing it (6 boxes per person per day). I bought all the 243 boxes that I shoot. So I'm good for a while. 😀 Now I just need to find some 45 ammo and I'm set.
yeah i just ordered 200 round of 44 mag. but i to need 45.
I talked with my son in NC the other day and he told me they are not having any problems there getting any ammo that they are looking for. He said Wally World was hit or miss, but when he went to Dick's they were packed.
The wal mart by me has about 15 boxes of 7mm, a bunch of 22-250, 17hmr, and 22lr, ansd surprisingly a bunch of .40 cal. Plus a boat load of shotgun ammo. All have been sitting for a while
Anything other than those that hit the shelf are gone in minutes. The old man that runs the sporting goods and I got to talking about fishing and obama and stuff. I got on his good side, and he saves me 2 boxes of 9mm blazer brass when he gets a shipment in. When I am in the area I just go by and he goes and gets them for me 😆 😆
I need to go on a 30-30 hunt. Hard to believe you can find hogs faster than ammo.
