Looks like this latest one is gonna run just south of us and soak the Keys instead then head across the gulf. Heading up to Tallahassee to see my daughter this weekend so that's 1 less thing to think about while I'm gone. :clap

If you're coming by here on your way up or back and have time, give me a shout we'll grab a drink! I owe you a couple!

Actually, I don't have to run a cord thru the house. The washer and dryer are in the garage, and I have an outlet in the wall outside to plug the gen into, and the cord/plug is always right behind the dryer waiting to be plugged in. The biggest hassle, if you can call it that, is pulling the dryer out and reaching over/back there to switch plugs.

What you talking bout Willis ? :wacko

Was walking through Home Depot the other day and noticed they had a prewired outlet for generators. Backfeeding through the dryer outlet works great just have to deal with a cord through the house.

OK I get it now, must learn to read all the post. :wacko

Looks like this thing is gonna hit a bullseye on my house. Good thing I'm heading to Tally in a few hours.
