this seems like a good idea.. i might start doing this.. gotta guy a log book. One thing i just believe is.. Deer will eat when they are hungry. They do as they please and if you are lucky to be in the stand when they come your way good for you.. Also If you have a food plot or feeder your chances of seeing game are 100 percent greater. If you have a trail cam and feeder, and food plot then you are on the money. I have does come in every day at the same time, morning and night. but thats cause the feeder goes off morning and night. I also have hogs come in at the same time, morning and night.. but thats cause the feeder goes off.

Ive noticed that since ive had my lease and maintained the corn and feeders that they will hardly ever come in mid day. Its either morning or night. Its good in a way because you don't have to sit in the stand all dam day , day to night to be sure if they are coming in.

I also like the luck of hunting public land. You can never beat the feeling when something walks in on public land. I don't care how good a lease is and how comfortable it is. When you get to your spot on public land and sit then hear the slightest move its a very good feeling. Better then sitting in a stand near a feeder. You actually get the feeling that this animal is just wandering around and actually looking for food and you by your knowledge and skills put your stand in the right spot and are about to harvest a great animal!
