How do you get preference points? By applying in past years and not getting anything?
yep that and also if you get a permit in 1st phase and cant use it and send it back by a certain date you get the point back (if any used to get it) and receive a extra point.
I guess that makes sense to save a few bucks, but I'm in Carlos. Why they gotta go adding more fees when the economy's in the toilet? Let em up the non-resident rates. Every other state does.
Go figure. Doesn't make me feel so bad then when I see all these tourists spending tens of thousands on vacations at dismal world.

The path our gov't has chosen is leading them to a place we haven't been to in this country in almost 240 years. If it keeps up, the final straw will be here before ya know it.
