hey guys read this and go look into the permits they changed it yet again! they WILL NOT BE MAILED!!!! you need to print or pick up.
PHASE I - APPLICATION PERIOD – June 1, 2010 thru June 30, 2010
 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) June 1, 2010 thru 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) June 30, 2010
 Permits will be issued by random drawing based on preference points.
 You are limited to one application and one permit during this phase.
 You, and up to four other hunters, can choose to apply as a group. To apply as a group, one person must first apply as group leader, indicate they are creating a group, and enter the hunt choices for the group. The group leader will be given a group number (prints on receipt) that must be given to the group members. Each group member must then submit an application and indicate the group number of the group they are joining. The group’s rank in the random drawing will be determined by the member with lowest number of preference points among the members.
 Results will be posted no later than July 12th.
 New! – If successful in the random drawing, you will need to pick up your quota permit at a license agent, tax collector office or online at www.fl.wildlifelicense.com – choose Limited Entry/Quota then Pickup/Pay for Awarded Permit (be sure you have access to a printer so that you can print your quota permit directly from the website). Upon successful award of a quota permit your preference points will be zero next year.
 If you are not successful in the random drawing, you will get one preference point added to your current points for next

Good....
I can print the thing and not have to worry about it getting lost in the mail, like happened to me one year.

so they are saving money on ink and paper and charged 5 bucks for the dam deer stamp.. They just should give the deer stamp free (like they allways did) cause they are saving money on the paper and ink and postage.

How do you get preference points? By applying in past years and not getting anything?
