Private hunting lease, first time available. Deer and Turkey hunting rights. 215 acres High Fenced Hunting Preserve, located in Hamilton County, FL. Small cabin. RV hook-up. Only 3 memberships are being offered, no other hunting of deer or turkey will take place. This ensures that you will have a Private Hunting Preserve. Three bucks and five does allowed per member. $10,000.00 per membership, you can buy one membership, or all three. Hunting Club Insurance required. No farm or hunting maintenance required of members. Tower Stands and Food Plots are in place and will be maintained by owner. Supplemental feeding will be membership's responsibility. (You buy the feed or corn, I will keep the feeders full). If you have any questions, feel free to call David 386-266-9963 .

I bet he'll sit in your stand and take care of all the pesky bucks that come by to eat all your corn! Free of charge!

I'm all in on the happy ending gimmick, but $10 gerr is a little steep.
