Seen one at the Anclote power plant 3 years ago when they were building the new cooling towers think it hitched a ride down here in one of the crates. One of the contractors felt something tapping his leg looked down and it was the snake striking at him he was wearing insulated carhartts and it couldn't bite through he killed it, we went down to look and it was definately a copperhead. Only one i've ever seen in florida.
