15 years and that's it...wow, that is quite often. Even with all the maples leaking their damn sap on my roof, the bad winters, the snow, and harsh north winds we can get 20 years out of ours. I had mine done last fall, including new sheathing, and it costs $6.k. It better last me 20 years....lol
I am going to be a little more proactive this time around. We are guttering the 2nd story this time which should add a few years to the roof. I grew up in this house and plan on dying in it too
