Where did you find fresh Datil peppers this time of year?
Got em in the freezer. :chef when you cook with them you'll never know the difference, even in the texture.

Wellthe sausage turned out just as expected. Devine! I didn't take any pictures because it looks the same. I think that next time I need to buy some high temp. cheddar cheese. don't get me wrong it is still good just think that the high temp would hold together better. As far as the datil peppers we added 8-10 and it has the perfect taste. Plenty of taste and just enough heat that the you feel the bite just a bit. 2 tubes already gone.
