I ran across this article reading the news this morning. It really touched me so I thought it was worth sharing with you guys. I know it will mean as much to you as it did to me. We need to never forget to say "Thank you for your service" to the men and women who have faithfully served our nation in wartime & peace no matter how long ago it was. It's truly a sacrifice for the individual but mostly for the families that love them. Semper

Thanks for sharing that with us Jim! We certainly need to acknowledge our service men and women every chance we get.
On a side note, I know the picture that is at the head of the Fox article is generic, so to speak, but if that were the man he wrote about he should have written "Marine" everywhere he wrote "soldier". Some of y'all know where I'm coming from. :jarhead
