Tell them to use the good glass or they will try to install the cheapest windshield they can get away with. You'll know if it's cheap when you look through it at an angle and you see ripples or wavyness. They had to replace mine twice when I told them I wouldn't sign off on the work when they used the cheap glass.

Yep, if you have comprehensive coverage they will replace at no charge, and they have to use an OEM equivalent windshield. They can come out and do it at your house or office, but it's almost always better to take it in to their shop.
