Thanks guys. We lay him to rest tomorrow. Been a hectic week with family in and out of town coming and going.

I encourage all of you men to get yourselves seen about. Even if you don't think it is anything major...go to the doctor. Our families depend on us. I ended up in the ER myself yesterday. Take care of yourselves. Eat properly. Exercise. Don't over indulge. That's my PSA for today....
