Photobucket actually had a great editing function. Since they overhauled their site, it rarely works for anyone now, me included.
Now if I want to edit anything, I upload to flickr. It will do a decent job for basic editing and you can add watermarks

On Flickr, on the share button there is a drop down menu that lets you choose the size you want to share.

I'm gonna add you to a FB page. It's my buddies wife in Tennessee. She is a semi professional photographer. She specializes in outdoor portraits(family pictures, class pictures, etc) and landscapes.
