So what photo editing program do you all use? Im looking to mainly be able to put my name at the bottom of photos and do some light editing.

I know photoshop and Lightroom are now monthly subscription now and i don't want to pay that as i don't need it that much.

i have "Aperture" for mac but since i upgraded to osx Mavericks its saying "i cant use my version if Aperture with the current osx so i need to upgrade Aperture" well thats 80 bucks.

Any opinion or advice?
